Understanding how our target audience thinks, acts, and feels is at the core of any effective social marketing campaign. Hager Sharp has been particularly adept at developing culturally sensitive and appropriate campaigns and adaptations of campaign materials and messages.
Our partnership networks have included organizations such as the National Conference of La Raza, the National Hispanic Medical Association, the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials, the American Association of Black Cardiologists. In our diabetes work we have worked hand in hand with the Indian Health Service, Black Women’s Health Imperative, National Alliance for Hispanic Health, and the National Urban League, among many others.
In addition to concept development, messaging, and materials development, Hager Sharp has decades of experience developing communications for special populations. Our efforts have spanned more than 15 languages and countless ethnicities. From American Indian reservations to our nation’s major urban centers, we’ve developed programs that are community-based, not community-placed.
