Hager Sharp supports America's children with Annie E. Casey Foundation Report

For the last decade, Hager Sharp has been working with the Annie E. Casey Foundation to support the annual release of the Foundation’s Kids Count Data Book.  As a result of our efforts, the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s new report was featured on the NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer, the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley, the PBS News Hour, NBC’s Today Show and CNN and Fox News.  As of today, more than 45 interviews have been conducted and the coverage has stretched from Maine to Hawaii, and from Florida to Alaska.  With over 1500 stories from the national, state and community level, spanning broadcast, print, and online platforms we’ve seen a 90 percent increase in social media activity this week.   The impact of this week’s release will have lasting effects as the Foundation continues to recommend policy changes and support advocacy efforts toward a two-generation strategy to support children and families across the U.S.
